I don't admit that there are too many good things about Montgomery, but I will say that they have a pretty good firework display down town to celebrate the 4th. This year we got down there early and got a great spot in one of the open parking lots. We sat in the back of the truck and the fireworks were right in front of us. The fireworks were beautifully done and although a little on the humid side, the weather was great too. Maybe one of these years we will make it down to the river front with all the festivities.
On another July 4th note, it has been almost 1 year that we have been a diaperless home. We started potty training Cameron the week of the 4th last year and a week later she was completely diaper free. It's not a huge deal but I just can't believe how fast the year went. It only seems like a few months ago that we were singing doing the potty dance. Time sure does fly.
