Customer Service Kudos

We have a whole matching outdoor play set from Step 2 and they are really good products. We have had some trouble with the sandbox though. The lid does not seal tight so rain water gets into it doesn't drain causing a major pain. So I finally decided to email customer service from Step 2 yesterday and explain the problem. This morning someone from the company called and said they have a new design for the lids and they will be sending one out right away at not cost to me! This is my second time dealing with customer service and I have nothing but great things to say about them as a result. The first time I contacted them was to let them no we did not receive part of the roof for the climber set we purchased. It wasn't in the box. They got one here in less than 3 days, no questions asked. Awesome company!
