Chicken Fried Rice

If you all keep up on my blog you know I am not a cook. I still don't consider myself much of cook, but since I started watching what I eat I have forced myself to find new things that I can cook so that I don't get burnt on on the same ole' same ole'. My favorite place to find yummy and super easy recipes is kraftfoods.com. I have made 5 or 6 new things since the start of the year and tonight I made chicken fried rice. YUM! It only took me about 15 minutes from start to finish to get it on the table which is a big plus in my book. And only 300 calories a serving (about a cup and half). I am heading back to the site to see what new things they might have added. This is starting to get kind of fun. :o)
