The New Year

So what is in store for 2008? Top on my list is to lose more weight. I know I should be happy with the 52 pounds I lost during 2007, but I was really hoping to have lost at least 25 more pounds than that. I am really disappointed in myself for slacking on the program like I have during the last 5 or 6 months. That is in the past now and it is a brand new year so I am hoping to get back on the program like I should be and get that weight off. I have a mini goal to lose 30 pounds before May 1st.

I am really good at setting my expectations too high and then getting overwhelmed and just throwing in the towel. So this year I just have a couple other things I really want to focus on and anything else I can accomplish along the way is just a bonus.

So aside from losing more weight, here are some other things on my list of things to do for 2008:
  • More time with just my hubby - we rarely get time to do things with just each other and we really need to change that. It's time to start looking for a regular babysitter so we can have a night or two out each month.
  • Exercise - this is a really hard thing for me so I am setting my goal to at least 3 times a week.
  • Scrapbooking- More of it and includes learning to use my stamps and cricut machine more in my layouts.

Good luck with the goals! If you want to come with me to Frazer's gym, let me know. I go on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

I would be happy to babysit for Cameron. I can come over after work, not a problem. Of course, Emily will be with me. That might be fun for the girls.
